New Hire Exam
Welcome to the Caden Care Homecare New Hire Exam. This exam is a required step for caregivers joining our team. It helps us confirm that every caregiver is prepared to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care to the clients and families we serve.
Before You Begin
Please set aside a quiet, uninterrupted block of time to complete the exam in one sitting. Use a computer, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection. Have a pen and paper nearby if you would like to take notes.
How to Access the Exam
The exam is protected by a password. Your password will be provided by your hiring contact, La Shawn Mosley. If you have not received it yet, please reach out to our office before you start.
Once you have your password, scroll down to the exam form, type your password into the field, and select OK (button). Follow the on-screen steps to read each section, answer every question, and sign.
Submitting Your Exam
When you finish, sign the form electronically. Your signed exam will be sent directly to La Shawn Mosley for review. You do not need to email or print anything.
